In 2017, via an introduction from a mutual friend, we met with Chef James Boyce and talked with him about what we were doing on our farm. Our passion for raising high quality beef in a sustainable, natural environment is a perfect compliment to his commitment to sourcing the highest quality ingredients from local farms.
