In 2017, via an introduction from a mutual friend, we met with Chef James Boyce and talked with him about what we were doing on our farm. Our passion for raising high quality beef in a sustainable, natural environment is a perfect compliment to his commitment to sourcing the highest quality ingredients from local farms. We can't wait to see how our beef will find our way into his ever-changing menu, but we are certain it will shine!

We deliver our beef one side at a time. Each one is uniquely identified by an ID tag and a corresponding QR code/website reference.
